This website, nathannazareth.co, presents the partnership work of Nathan Nazareth and his team ("we", "us") to software companies. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site is for information only. It describes what we do and the results we have delivered for partners. It is not an offer, and nothing on it forms a contract. A partnership with us is governed by its own written agreement.

The results shown are aggregated across partners and rounded. They describe past work, over the period stated, and they are not a promise of future results. Any figures we share with a prospective partner privately take precedence over the site.

3. Use of the site

You may read and share the site. You may not copy, scrape or republish its content, images or marks, and you may not use the site in a way that breaks the law or interferes with the site.

4. Intellectual property

The content, design, photos and the N mark on this site belong to us. Third-party names mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe our work.

5. Links to other sites

The site links to our profiles on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Those sites have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

6. No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or available at all times. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on it.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and disputes go to the courts there.
