Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data this website, nathannazareth.co, collects, and what Nathan Nazareth and his team ("we", "us") do with it. The short version: the site collects almost nothing. If you contact us, we keep what you sent to reply.

1. What the site collects

  • One contact form, no account. The site has no sign-up and no newsletter. The contact form asks for your name, your company, your email address and a message. Section 2 explains what happens to it.
  • No cookies, no analytics. We do not set cookies and we do not run analytics or advertising scripts on this site.
  • Server logs. The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records standard request data (your IP address, browser type, the pages you open and the time) for security and to keep the site running. Vercel keeps those logs for a short period under its own privacy policy.

2. When you contact us

If you send the contact form or email us about a partnership, we keep your name, your email address, your company and what you wrote. A form submission goes through our automation service, n8n, which stores it and forwards it to our email. With the form we also store your IP address and browser type, only to block spam, and we delete those two after 90 days. We use it to reply, to set up a call and to discuss a partnership. We do not add you to a mailing list. We keep the correspondence as long as the conversation or the partnership is active, and as long as the law requires after that.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the people on our team who handle partnerships, with the services we use to run email and calendars, and when the law requires it.

4. Links to other sites

The site links to our profiles on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Those platforms collect data under their own policies, which we do not control.

5. Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act on it within 30 days.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
